Welcome to our Newcomer's Resource Guide

This site is dedicated to those of you who are new to CERN or have not yet arrived. All of us "expats" went through the "newcomer" experience. We created this site hoping to make your transition time easier.

We found every bit of this information invaluable and hope this guide on how to “survive and thrive” will help you integrate, and make moving to a foreign country easier.

We would like to make the site more international - so please send us any information that you feel is missing, or any tips that you would like to share with this community.

Please note that this website is offered as a private and voluntary service, and the information contained herein is for general information purposes only. You will find a detailed disclaimer on the about us page.
